Manadalay accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Dinners Club, PayPal.
What is your return policy?
FAQs
Return any unworn, undamaged, unwashed or unaltered in any way merchandise at our US store location or by mail. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing.
*Returns made within 15 days of the order shipment date will be issued a full refund.
*Returns made after 15 days of the order shipment date will be issued a merchandise gift card.
**Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and check your returned package.
Returns can be made in store or by mail. Before returning by mail, please email bymandalay@gmail.com for further information. Remember to include the reason why do you wish to return the item, your name and order number.
